A brand-new show home, inspired by the landscape of the Malvern Hills, has been officially unveiled at a development in Leigh Sinton.
Lioncourt Homes launched the four-bedroom Damson show home at The Hamlet last weekend, marking the first collaboration between the award-winning homebuilder and design specialists Interior Allure.
The Worcester homebuilder is delivering 52 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at The Hamlet, each built with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail that earned the Worcester homebuilder an 11th consecutive five-star customer satisfaction rating from the Home Builders' Federation earlier this year.
The collaboration has delivered an elegant new home that encapsulates the spirit and character of its surroundings while maintaining maximum practicality to suit the needs of the modern homebuyer.
Its design emphasises a rustic, chic feel that has been drawn directly from the surrounding environment. This has been captured with the use of earthy, autumnal tones and colours, such as browns, deep rich ambers, and ochres to offer warmth and comfort into each space while continuing to blend with its surroundings.
Extra luxurious touches such as a bespoke drinks' cabinet, antique mirror and colour-drenched walls make the family space great for socialising and the home office a premium space to work from.
Steph Clibbery, Director at Interior Allure, said: “We wanted to capture the feeling of the Malvern Hills: walking, fresh air, trees, peace and nature.
“Everything, from dado picture rails to chequerboard blinds made with organic recycled cotton linen, has been designed to foster a sense of belonging and comfort, while creating that aspirational, 'this is what home can be!' feeling.
“Lioncourt Homes is known for its build quality. They're a great, dedicated team to work alongside and we're proud to have worked on such a well-designed space.”
Nestled between Worcester, Malvern and Ledbury, The Hamlet offers the perfect blend between rural tranquillity and the charm of larger, historic settlements.
Lioncourt Homes will contribute over £350,000 in local investment through Section 106 contributions during the lifecycle of the development.
Jack Jones, Head of Sales and Marketing at Lioncourt Homes, said: “This show home, delivered in collaboration with talented and creative designers, showcases the very best of Worcestershire and the Malvern Hills area.
“Last weekend, we were pleased to show what living in a Lioncourt home is all about – a place where families can grow, enjoy quality time together, relax, and feel safe.
“Our partnership with Interior Allure has been outstanding, and we'd like to thank them for the great job they have done in bringing this show home to life.”
