Jennifer Brown, who formerly served as Head of Sales and Marketing, has stepped into the role of Head of Lettings, sharing with the wider business her extensive expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the student lettings market.

In a related move, Michael Willans has been promoted from Head of Yorkshire to Director of Estates. This new role will see him managing the company's ongoing expansion and championing its mission to provide reliable, transparent property management solutions.

Farrah McWilliam has also been promoted to Director of Estates after serving as Head of Client Services. After four years with Xenia Estates, her new role will drive innovation and service excellence, helping propel Xenia's national expansion.

Additionally, the team has welcomed Miriam Unsworth as Head of Estates, who brings over 15 years of property management experience, and Nicola Murray has returned part-time following her maternity leave and now serves as Associate Director, focusing on contractor management and commercial development.

Apprenticeship programs are also a large part of Xenia's foundation, with Kirsty Johnston now taking on a full-time role after finishing her apprenticeship in Multi-Channel Marketing, starting her official new role of Marketing Co-ordinator in February.
