Having founded West Wales Property Finders in 2014, and worked as a buying agent in the Welsh property market for well over 20 years, Carol Peett has sold the company to Emma Salmon. Carol will retain all her existing clients and will remain as a Consultant to the company for the foreseeable future.
“West Wales Property Finders has been my baby”, says Carol, “and I have loved working with so many wonderful clients and property professionals over the years. I will continue to lead searches and work with my existing clients but feel it is time to pass on the baton of new clients and the ownership of the company to Emma and take a step back. I know it will be in safe hands with Emma, who previously worked in property in Warwickshire and the West Midlands before qualifying as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. As a lifelong devotee of the country, Emma and her husband made the move to a Pembrokeshire smallholding back in 2017 so she has experienced the property search process here for herself and, as a consultant, I will be working with her to assist the smooth transition.”
