Growing housebuilder Allison Homes East Midlands has launched its second scheme in Leicestershire, in the historic market town of Shepshed.
The development, called Finney Meadows, will comprise a collection of 53 two, three and four bedroom energy efficient new homes, designed with modern living in mind. Situated off Iveshead Road and in the heart of the county's picturesque countryside, residents will enjoy idyllic rural living with all the benefits of a charming, convenient town.
Following a recent off plan launch event, interested property seekers are now able to find out more about Finney Meadows and the available homes, learn about the homebuying schemes on offer and speak with the sales team, who are based at the housebuilder's nearby St Mary's Chase in Stanton under Bardon.
The first range of homes now available to buy off plan at Finney Meadows cater to all types of purchasers, from first-time buyers to families craving extra space, and include the two bedroom Rosebury style home, the three bedroom Penford and Radford, and the four bedroom homes of the Fareham, Keynsham and Oakham.
Purchasing off plan means home seekers can buy a property before construction work is complete. Subject to build stage, they can customise elements of their new home, such as the kitchen, flooring, tiling and wardrobes, ensuring it feels like theirs as soon as they step over the threshold.
Amy Gormley, Head of Sales at Allison Homes East Midlands, said: “We are incredibly excited to have launched Finney Meadows, our region's second development. It was fantastic to meet so many interested buyers at our off plan launch event, and to give them a first look at our stylish new homes and plans for the Finney Meadows community.
“At Finney Meadows, we've taken great care to ensure the homes have been carefully designed to complement the charm of the surrounding area. The development will also be home to open green space and thoughtful landscaping, creating a place that people can feel proud to call home.
“We are now looking forward to opening the doors to our marketing suite and show home in spring, and to watching this new community start to take shape.”
Located just five minutes from the centre of Shepshed, future residents of Finney Meadows will be able to enjoy all the convenience of town living. A range of supermarkets, shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants are on offer, as well as the everyday essentials of a post office, health centre, dental surgeries and pharmacies. Loughborough can also be reached in just 12 minutes, boasting a leisure centre, a lively market and a mix of high street shops and independent boutiques.
For families, a range of schools are within easy reach. Charnwood Day Nursery and Preschool, Oxley Primary School, Newcroft Primary Academy, St Winefrides Catholic Primary School, St Botolphs CE Primary School and Iveshead School for secondary-aged children are all less than two miles from the development. In the neighbouring town, families can find the prestigious Loughborough Grammar School and highly rated Loughborough University.
Excellently located, Finney Meadows is close to the M1, providing easy access to Leicester, Derby and Nottingham. Loughborough train station, just 14 minutes away, offers direct services to major cities, including Sheffield and London.
