Lovell Homes to Host New Homes Event at Glan Llyn in Newport

Lovell Homes

Leading developer Lovell Homes is welcoming homebuyers to a new homes event at its Locke Gardens development in Newport on Saturday 7th March, from 10am to 5pm, with a focus on its spacious two, three and four-bedroom homes and the schemes available to help buyers make their move.

Locke Gardens forms part of the wider Glan Llyn regeneration and is delivering a collection of 500 new homes, including 286 two, three and four-bedroom open market sale properties, designed to appeal to growing families, professionals and those seeking additional space.

Taking place at the popular development, the event will provide visitors with the opportunity to tour the homes currently available, find out how different homebuying schemes could support their move and receive free, independent mortgage advice from Lloyd of ABP Mortgages.

With a strong selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes currently available, Lovell Homes is highlighting a range of schemes designed to make purchasing more achievable, including Part ExchangeHelping Hands and Help to Buy – Wales on homes up to £300,000, supporting first-time buyers and those who may be looking to upsize or secure a larger family home.

Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “Locke Gardens continues to appeal to buyers who are looking for more space without compromising on location. With a high-quality mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes available, it is an ideal setting for growing families or those planning their next move.

“By bringing independent mortgage advice together with our on-site sales team for this event, we can support buyers with both the practical and lifestyle aspects of their purchase, helping them move forward with confidence.”

At Locke Gardens, residents benefit from nearby green spaces, local shops, schools and excellent transport links to Newport, Cardiff and Bristol.
