Leading developer Lovell Homes is inviting homebuyers to attend a new homes event at its Drummond Park development in Ludgershall on Saturday 7th March, from 10am to 5pm, offering visitors the chance to explore the development and receive free, independent mortgage advice.
Drummond Park is an exciting development situated off Freeman Drive on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot, offering a collection of two, three and four-bedroom new- build homes designed to suit a wide range of buyers.
During the event, visitors will be able to speak with the Lovell sales team about the homes currently available and find out more about the schemes designed to help make moving easier. An independent mortgage adviser, Deb from ABP Mortgages, will also be on hand throughout the day to provide free mortgage advice, tailored to individual circumstances.
Homebuyers will also be able to tour the showhomes and view homes available at Drummond Park, including a two-bedroom Gainsborough, three-bedroom Lansdown, a four-bedroom Ombersley and four-bedroom Roseberry, giving visitors the opportunity to experience the space, layout and high-quality specification of the homes first-hand.
Lovell Homes is offering a selection of supportive homebuying schemes at Drummond Park, including Part Exchange and Helping Hands, alongside discounts for Armed Forces personnel and key workers, helping more buyers take their next step onto or up the property ladder.
Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “Drummond Park offers something for a wide range of buyers, whether they are purchasing their very first home, upsizing for more space, or looking to move into a modern, energy-efficient property within a growing community.
“Events like this give people the time and space to explore the homes properly, ask questions and really imagine what life here could look and feel like, while also understanding the financial options available to help make that move possible.”
Drummond Park is a growing new community offering a fantastic quality of life, with local schools, shops and amenities nearby. Ludgershall is well connected by road, with Andover just five miles away and with excellent links to Salisbury, Winchester and Swindon.
