Regional housebuilder Allison Homes East is inviting prospective first-time buyers to a Deposit Match weekend at its The Oaks development in Norwich on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd March, offering the opportunity for buyers to double their deposit and receive a £1,000 shopping voucher on top of existing incentives if they reserve that weekend.*
Taking place at The Oaks, off Tillett Way, the event will give visitors the chance to explore the available three and four bedroom homes and learn more about the housebuilder's Friends and Family Deposit Match scheme.
Among the three bedroom homes available are The Apple, priced from £285,000, The Hemlock from £315,000 and The Holly from £350,000. The Apple and Hemlock are semi-detached designs, while The Holly is a detached home, giving buyers a range of options to suit their budget and lifestyle.
Under the Friends and Family Deposit Match scheme, if a family member or friend contributes up to five per cent of the property value towards a buyer's deposit, Allison Homes East will match that gift, increasing the deposit to 10 per cent. This can help buyers secure a more competitive mortgage rate or borrow more towards their chosen home.
For reservations taken across the event weekend, buyers will also receive a £1,000 shopping voucher in addition to any advertised incentives, helping them personalise their new home or cover moving essentials.
