Leading housebuilder David Wilson Homes Mercia has started work on a new luxury 12 home development on Stourbridge Road in Hagley called Lyttelton Grange, underpinning almost 30 new jobs and investment to the area.

The exclusive development, which is anticipated to be complete in 18 months, will provide a mixture of contemporary and traditional styles with property sizes of three, four and five bedrooms.

As part of the planning consent, which was granted in April 2013, David Wilson Homes Mercia is to contribute £85,854 towards education and create a provision for public open space.

David Wilson Homes Mercia has been merited the maximum five star official rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the fifth year in a row. The news was announced after more than 20,000 new home buyers across the country took part in this year's HBF customer satisfaction survey.
