Housebuilder Barratt Homes today announced that it will start work on a new phase of homes in Milton Keynes during the next year. Once complete, the scheme in Old Wolverton will deliver 33 new homes and underpin new jobs in the county.

The new project will support future growth and follows an increase in sales of 60 per cent for the company - to £58 million across the region and legally completing 346 homes during the six months from January to June 2012.
