Excellent Recommendation Record Puts Redrow South Midlands In The Spotlight

Redrow

WITH personal recommendation one of the biggest influences on consumer choice, housebuilder Redrow has vowed to improve even further on its outstanding 95 per cent recommendations rate.

Of the customers surveyed in the south midlands, 95 per cent stated they would recommend the company to family and friends, including purchasers at Farnborough Central, in Farnborough.

The figures were obtained from the monthly 'customer experience reports' for the 2010 calendar year. Redrow puts the questionnaire to all of it new home owners shortly after they have moved in. From the 144 responses during this time period, 137 people said they would happily recommend the developer and its homes.

Mary Timlin, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: "We place customer satisfaction at the top of our priority list and we are delighted our efforts in this area have resulted in such great survey results. Word of mouth has played a major role in building our reputation for quality and we want all our staff to keep up the good work.

"But far from resting on our laurels, we will continue to strive for even higher recommendation rates as we want everyone who buys a home from us to be totally satisfied."

Redrow is building a collection of new homes at Farnborough Central. Located on part of the former site of the RAE, the development has been a hit with a range of buyers, thanks to its unique mix of historic conversions and new-build apartments alongside the contemporary townhouses. It's close to the heart of town, while the homes themselves have been expertly designed with modern family living in mind.

Mary added: "With their historic location and art-deco influenced modern designs, the townhouses will appeal to buyers looking for something special from their new home."

A range of one and two-bedroom apartments are priced from £149,950 and four-bedroom, three-storey townhouses from £264,950.

Each new home is fitted out with Redrow's high interior specification, including contemporary kitchens, with floor to ceiling units and top name appliances, and sleek bathroom suites. They also have all the benefits associated with being brand new including easy maintenance, energy efficiency and no need for costly repairs or renovation.

The new homes at Farnborough Central are conveniently situated next to IQ Farnborough, a vibrant business park with offices, a café, crèche, heritage centre and a recently-opened four-star hotel and leisure complex.

With journey times from Farnborough mainline station to London Waterloo of less than 45 minutes, it's the ideal place for commuters to call home.
