Fine Strengthens Senior Management Team

Chewton Rose

Fine, one of the UK's leading premium estate agents, has made a number of new appointments to its senior management team.

Fine, which has a network of branches throughout the country, launched a recruitment drive at the start of this year as part of a major expansion plan for 2012 - which will effectively see the award-winning brand double in size.

Since then Chris Charlton, Managing Director of Fine, has been busy interviewing candidates to oversee the development of the brand in the Midlands, Home Counties and the West, resulting in the arrival of five talented individuals to Fine.

Among those joining is Nicola Rummery, formerly of Freeman Forman, who assumes the role of Regional Director for Fine in Kent and Sussex from her base at the Fine branch in Wadhurst together with Jeremy Campbell Harris who will hold a similar position for Fine in Surrey. The latter arrives from Jackson Stopps and Staff in Central London.

They will work alongside fellow new starters Jonathan O'Shea, formerly a Regional Director with Savills, who will oversee the creation of a new Nottingham branch and Marc Cottrell, previously with Jackson Stopps and Staff, who will manage the Fine branch in Winchester. The last of the new recruits is Lee Hassan, who has left a private family business to run the Fine branch in Chigwell.

Says Chris Charlton: "I am absolutely thrilled to be welcoming such a strong and talented team to Fine. They also bring with them considerable experience which will be invaluable as we roll-out our award-winning brand across the UK. We will continue to recruit additional high calibre staff over the coming weeks and months as well as seek business acquisition opportunities and to open new branches in suitable locations."

Fine has enjoyed a strong start to 2012 selling over £75 million pounds worth  of property to date.
