This Easter weekend, between 11am and 3pm, children will be able to take part in a treasure hunt for a goodie bag of Easter treats at the De Lacy Fields development.

Parents won't be left out as they will be able to hunt for Easter savings on a new David Wilson home by talking to the sales team.

The buyers then have to find the remaining 80 per cent of the price themselves. Up to 75 per cent of this could be a mortgage, leaving a deposit of just five per cent. Any household with a combined income of up to £60,000 is eligible for the scheme.

Part Exchange offers a hassle free way to move to a new home, all buyers have to do is sit back and relax whilst David Wilson takes care of all the hard work.

David Wilson will arrange two independent valuations of the existing property and makes a fair offer based on those valuations. As soon as the offer is accepted and the new home complete, buyers can move straight in.

There are no estate agent fees to pay and because David Wilson is effectively a cash buyer, there is no chance of a dreaded chain falling apart because there isn't one.

Steve continues, "On some of the homes at De Lacy Fields we are offering 105 per cent Part Exchange which means that customers who trade up to a new home will not only receive the full market value for their existing property but they will also receive an additional five per cent towards the purchase of their new home.
