Property marketing provider KeyAGENT has announced the launch of PropertyBOX: the world's first free floor plan and photo enhancing app. 

Powered by advanced software, the company's success has led it to open up this core part of its product portfolio as a free app to all estate agents.  

KeyAGENT's back-end software processed in excess of 2.5 million property photos last year, all taken by professional photographers. PropertyBOX has been built to expose this technology with a client-side app designed for simplicity and speed of use. 

Co-founder and Managing Director, Rolf Groenewold, says: “As enterprise solutions experts in the property sector, we are perfectly positioned to provide further game-changing solutions to help the industry. When our company transitioned from KeyHIPS to KeyAGENT back in 2010, I challenged the team to find a PropTech solution that could touch every property in the UK. The resulting PropertyBOX concept was conceived in 2011 and has been refined ever since for our own internal use. We are now at a stage where the wider market appreciation for visual assets and cloud applications have matured to such a degree that the time is right to get everyone involved in our little bit of PropTech magic." 

Co-founder and Product Director Tim Wright adds: “Historically, our unique technology solution has catered for professional photographers' files. These assets have a uniform file format, but we're now welcoming all kinds of photos from iPhone to DSLR, coupled with a range of settings and varying styles of floor plan sketches.  

"Capping our invite to another 100 estate agent branches over the coming month allows us to test the tech and the wider proposition. We know the tech works - and works exceptionally well for that matter - but we expect some predictable and interesting challenges as we work towards our vision of enhancing every property in the UK. This launch is being capped at another 100 'pioneering' clients and will go live on the 3rd October 2016. Pre-registering is suggested as space is limited.
