Sourcing Property, the independent property search agency founded by Jo Eccles in 2006, is rebranding and changing its name to SP Property Group in order to reflect its steady expansion and the wide range of services it now provides.

Established as a residential property buying agency 11 years ago, Sourcing Property has evolved and expanded significantly over the years due to client demand for additional associated services. In response, SP Property Group has grown into a full residential services company providing search and acquisition, rental and relocation, property management and block management services, as well as portfolio management.

Jo Eccles, Founder and Managing Director of SP Property Group, comments: “Although originally established as a buying agency, we were frequently asked by clients if we could provide additional services, so it made sense to evolve and expand the business in response to client demand and changing market conditions.

“Many of our clients now use us for a 'full circle' property services and advice - we might rent them a property, then buy for them, then manage the property when they upsize/relocate, then take over the management of their block, and later on help them build a property portfolio for themselves or their children. Rental & Relocation:

Property Management:

Block Management:
