Stretton Development Proves Popular as Site Sells Out

Barratt Homes

Barratt Homes' development in Warrington, Saviours Place, has sold out.

The sought-after development, located on Stretton Road, has delivered 76 three, four and five bedroom homes to the area. A new development, Orchard Meadows, will be situated a short distance away in Appleton, and will be launched later this year.

Michaela Lancaster, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Manchester, said: “We are very pleased with the success of this popular development, Saviours Place.

“The development alongside its sister development Kings Quarter have formed a well-developed community and we predict that the current success will continue once we launch Orchard Meadows.

“The range of homes available at the development attracted a variety of buyers, all of which had different lifestyles and priorities, they are ideal for buyers in all of life's stages.”

For those still looking to find their dream home in Cheshire, Barratt Homes has a number of developments nearby with homes still available, including nearby Kings Quarter also in Stretton, and Imperial Park II in Northwich.

Kings Quarter has a range of three and four bedroom homes available, priced from £234,395.

Homes at Imperial Park II have all sold at present, however there are more homes planned to be released in the future.

Michaela continued: “There is still a high demand for properties in the area and whilst we wait for the release of Orchard Meadows, we are urging buyers to consider homes at its sister site King's Quarter.”

King's Quarter is an exciting development surrounded by the Cheshire countryside, conveniently located close to Warrington town centre. Buyers local to Warrington can benefit from affordable homes, and Help to Buy is available on select properties.

Buyers interested in the upcoming site Orchard Meadows, or the future homes planned at Imperial Park II can register their interest on the Barratt Homes website.
