Construction work is now underway at Barratt and David Wilson Homes' latest development in Edwalton following a ceremonial sod cutting event officiated by the  Managing Directors of each company.

John Reddington and John Dillon, Managing Directors of David Wilson Homes East Midlands and Barratt Homes North Midlands respectively, came together to cut the first sod at new development Edwalton Grange, on Melton Road.

Over the coming years, the development will bring a selection of luxury two, three, four and five bedroom homes to the Nottinghamshire village.

John Dillon said: “We're pleased to announce that work at Edwalton Grange is now underway, with homes expected to be available later this year. This will be an outstanding development offering homes for a variety of buyers. Anyone interested can register their interest online.”

Both Barratt and David Wilson Homes will start selling their two, three and four bedroom homes at Edwalton Grange in October.
