Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Jeremy Pearson as Managing Director, Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), Asia Pacific

Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately-held commercial real estate services company, announced Jeremy Pearson as Managing Director, Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), Asia Pacific.


This new position is part of the global initiative to create cross border alignment and collaborative delivery platform for corporate occupier clients. Based in Hong Kong, Jeremy will be responsible for leading Cushman & Wakefield's tenant representation business across the Asia Pacific region with focus on creating and servicing cross border opportunities from across the globe. He will form part of the global TAG teams in EMEA and the Americas.

Jeremy has approximately 23 years of real estate experience across Asia and Europe in both Tenant Representation and Capital Markets. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he held senior management roles at various firms including, FPD Savills, DTZ and Deloitte Real Estate.
