First Time Buyers looking to benefit from one of the most exciting 'up and coming' boroughs in London are invited to attend a specialist homebuying show in Croydon this April. The organisers of the established First Time Buyer Home Show are hosting the next show at the Fairfield Halls in Croydon on Saturday April 16th from 10am. Property 'hotspot' Croydon has recently been ranked* as the best area for London first time buyers to get onto the housing ladder in 2016.
With billions invested in the future of the popular south London borough, including the forthcoming arrival of Hammerson's Westfield shopping centre in 2020/21, Croydon's housing market is set to further rise. Even on a national level, last year Croydon experienced the sixth biggest house price increase in the UK. **
