Leading Queensland playground equipment provider Go and Play (formally Peppertown) has secured commercial units at Helensvale on the northern Gold Coast through Ray White Commercial.
The company has leased three units at 178 Siganto Drive, Helensvale, in a deal negotiated by Steve Macgregor and Jamie Dewe of Ray White Commercial and Industrial Gold Coast.
Mr Macgregor said Go and Play had leased units 1, 2 and 6 in the 12 unit complex, which has proven popular with a range of businesses.
"We have found tenants for all of the units in the complex," he said.
"Businesses have been impressed by the facilities on offer as well as some attractive market rates."
Mr Dewe said the location and exposure of the development to the M1 motorway are also very appealing.
"The Pacific Motorway frontage not only provides great advertising for businesses but has easy access from the north and south," he said.
"The complex is zoned 'Showroom Bulky Goods and Service Industry', so it makes it accessible for a number of different industries."
Go and Play on the Gold Coast, offers one of Australia's largest selections of playground accessories.
The company has leased the Helensvale units for 3 x 3 years at an undisclosed rental rate.
