haart has launched what it believes will become the most visited estate agents website in the UK.

haart has spent months building the new website - www.haart.co.uk. Created in-house by the company's web development team, it is expected to receive over 50,000 visits from unique users a week from people considering buying, selling, letting or renting a home.

The website, which was conceived following widespread consultation with haart's customer base, includes a major celebrity endorsement from Jasmine Harman, presenter of Channel 4's award-winning 'Place in the Sun' programme.

It also includes dedicated sections for those people interested in finding out more about the legal, financial and new homes services on offer from haart as well as a series of free, property advice guides. The search functionality has also been significantly improved together with the number of property images whilst a live property statistics section on the home page will enable visitors to see exactly many properties are available to buy or rent as well as the total value of sales since the start of the year.

What's more, visitors to the website will also be able to get the first glimpse of haart's newly-published Customer Charter, a series of pledges that the company is making to its customers.

And, in keeping with the company's philosophy of being the 'Nation's Local Estate Agent', each haart branch will have its own locally-managed pages on the website packed full of market intelligence for customers to review together with their various community-based activities.

A second phase to the website later in September will see the roll out of additional features including a tool that enables vendors to view the progress of the sale of their home online and landlords monitor the performance of their rental properties.
