Harlequin Property is delighted to announce that they recently became SIPP registered. As their successful year continues despite the turmoil in the banking world, this new registration will further enhance Harlequin Properties status as a leading property developer who has sold over 1,250 properties in the last 10 weeks alone!
Dave Ames Chairman of Harlequin Hotels and Resorts Ltd said, “Upon completion of our SIPP registration we invited hundreds of our agents and staff to a week long seminar at our headquarters in the south east to update and train them on the specifics of SIPP's and the opportunities this offers our entire network. Investment into any Harlequin Property development has and will remain a profitable avenue, however our SIPP status will now aide us in attracting further investors.
At a time when pensions have consistently under performed, a SIPP in conjunction with investing into Harlequin Properties developments enables investors to unlock funds that are generally not available for loan and mortgage purposes. Current financial events are making SIPPs the preferred investment route for many and Harlequin Property as one of the leading Caribbean developers is now in a position to help new investors secure their financial future.”
Harlequin Property has teamed up with one of the UK's leading independent wealth management companies which specialises in pensions and investments. They will carry out an initial review completely free of charge for potential investors to assess whether their existing pension plans may be transferred into a SIPP. The investor will be able to select the Harlequin Property they wish to invest in based on the funds available in their SIPP.
Harlequin Property is currently marketing in Barbados, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominican Republic, Antigua, St Lucia, and Thailand.
