m3property is pleased to announce four new staff appointments nationally across key industry sectors.
The appointments are in line with m3property's strategic plan to not only expand geographically but also enhance existing service lines. This includes the recent appointment of Grant Jackson to Chief Executive Officer.
Robert Tye has joined the Brisbane office as a Director of the Going Concern valuation division.
Mr Tye has in excess of 25 years experience in the property profession and has broad experience in the valuation of property of all types, including residential; commercial; industrial; retail; and tourism and leisure throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
Joining the Melbourne office is Sean Lenaghan as an Associate Director who will focus on Industrial valuations and Laila Burnet as a Valuer who will work in the Seniors' Living sector.
Mr Lenaghan joins m3property after 7 years with CB Richard Ellis and brings a wealth of experience from the industrial sector. Ms Burnet has had 6 years experience as a residential and commercial Valuer, most recently with Opteon Property Group.
Finally, Tim Jelbart has commenced in the Sydney office as a Valuer in the Agribusiness practice group. Mr Jelbart comes from a dairy farming background and his experience extends to a wide range of agricultural assets across Australia and New Zealand.
Grant Jackson, Chief Executive Officer of m3property, said the individual appointments are part of the continuing expansion of the firm which further strengthens its offices nationally.
"Over the past 5 years our firm has grown at the significant rate of 15% per annum," said Mr Jackson. "As part of our ongoing development program we remain focused in driving sustainable growth and attracting the right staff to achieve this."
m3 is an independent group of businesses that specialise in valuations, specialist advisory services and capital solutions for the property and major plant and equipment industries. m3 uses extensive research capabilities and market knowledge to respond to and exceed all its client needs.
The group was established in 1978. Over the ensuing years it has developed and diversified to meet its clients needs. In 2002 the company's Directors decided to change the name to better reflect the forward and strategic thinking of the company.
The m3 brand was launched in June 2002. The name is derived from square metre being a property measurement abbreviated to m2. However, as the business looks beyond the obvious linear plane in search for additional value for its clients, m3 (metres cubed) was settled on - providing an extra dimension to property services.
The Sydney office was opened in July 2002. Brisbane followed in 2007. The first m3 regional office was opened in Toowoomba in 2010. Currently, m3 staff are working across all states of Australia and New Zealand, as well as South East Asia.
