Heyford Park is the redevelopment of the former RAF airbase Upper Heyford in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The site was one of Europe's largest US airbases with 15,000 American troops stationed there at its peak during the Cold War.

The US left in 1994, and various planning battles over the years resulted in no progress at all. The current developer, Dorchester Group, acquired the land in 2009 and has building permission for 700 new homes, which will be built alongside 300 former US military homes that have been rented out to local people since the US departed. The regeneration of the site is the perfect case study of former Ministry of Defence land being put to good use, providing new homes for the community.
