Metropix launches next generation floor planning tool: Metropix Space Planner

Metropix, the leading supplier of floor plan based products to the residential estate agency market, has today announced the launch of Space Planner; an exciting new floor plan tool that allows prospective purchasers and tenants to drag-and-drop furniture into a floor plan of a property being marketed for sale or rent to see how they might actually live in a property.

Space Planner is available from today to existing Metropix customers and at no additional cost. A Space Planner tab now exists on all newly created Metropix floor plan URLs, allowing home-hunters who are visiting an agent's website or a property portal they use, to access the floor plan and start 'space planning' straight away. Dragging-and-dropping from the furniture library is very easy and, once finished, the user is able to view the finished plan in 2D or 3D and can also save or email the floor plan for future access.
