Greenhills, advised by joint agents Savills and Lambert Smith Hampton, has completed five new lettings totalling 23,903 sq ft (2,221 sq m) at Catalyst House, 720 Centennial Court, Centennial Park, Elstree, Hertfordshire.
Retailer Pelham Leather, communications firm Thunderhead, mobile phone company Call Blue, NVC Manufacturing and walking tour operator HF Holidays have each taken between 2,000 sq ft (186 sq m) and 8,000 sq ft (743 sq m).
Rents at the building range up to £21 per sq ft (£225 per sq m), with an overall rent of approximately £20 per sq ft (£215 per sq m). All the leases are for between five and ten years.
