New Market Place is an exciting new development by Barratt London in the centre of East Ham, Newham, E6, which will consist of 277 studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across a 1.9-acre site. The original site on East Ham Market Hall has been a local landmark serving the community for 95 years. New Market Place will consist of six residential blocks in total; 15 storeys at the tallest point on the north-west corner of the site with the remaining five blocks ranging from six to eight storeys. Each apartment will have access to either a private balcony or outdoor space, landscaped podium gardens and will be flooded with natural light thanks to their open-plan design and floor-to-ceiling windows.
