The ribbon has been cut to officially open a stylish new homes development in Oswestry.

David Wilson Homes is building 65 homes at its development Montgomery Place on Morda Road and Managing Director John Fitzgerald was joined by Sales Adviser Sharon Price to cut the ribbon outside the show home. Two show homes are now open to view, the four bedroom Avondale and the three bedroom Hadley.

The development features a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, with spacious rooms and open-plan living areas, in a range of traditional and contemporary designs. As well as building new homes the homebuilder will also be investing over £300,000 in the community.

David Wilson Homes Mercia has been awarded the maximum five star official rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the sixth year in a row. The news was announced after more than 20,000 new home buyers across the country took part in this year's HBF customer satisfaction survey.
