From early January, owners of French property can reach the holiday rental market in both Britain and France through one online listing with the specialist market leader, French Connections.

Properties listed at www.frenchconnections.co.uk will click through to a French language version of their details and will also be listed in a brand new French language website, www.frenchconnections.fr. The listing in French and on the French site is free to subscribers for basic information and photographs, with the option to upgrade to a detailed description of the property, location and activities available.

Translation is by French Connections' own native French staff. “We're excited about giving owners a free and easy way to extend their promotion to the French domestic market”, says joint MD Glynis Shaw. “French people like to holiday in France and holidaymakers from France and Euroland don't suffer currency conversion penalties. We're also committed to customer service and give our property owners full technical support.” Holidaymakers to France search first online and French Connections is both innovative – it's the only listing website in its field to offer video tours and up to 30 photographs of properties - and an established name to trust. With thousands of visitors each month, the site offers one-stop booking for accommodation, travel and car hire along with holiday ideas, regional guides, blogs and news. The new French site will carry an increasing editorial content.
