Penthouses At Queen's Park Place NW6 Launched This Month

Londonewcastle

Londonewcastle's development, Queen's Park Place in vibrant Salusbury Road NW6, has received many plaudits since officially launching last September.  This month, four out of six penthouses are available to buy with prices ranging from £1.35m - £2.095m; the first two of which were sold to owner occupiers.  In addition to the penthouses, there are four apartments remaining, including two one bedroom and two 2 bedroom units, prices are from £535,000.  Queen's Park Place is estimated for completion in April 2016.

Queen's Park NW6 offers a convenient location and friendly community. Families flock here for the quiet streets, interesting independent stores, restaurants and expansive green open spaces of the royal park.  Excellent transport links run to central London with Queen's Park tube station on the Bakerloo line and over ground routes to Euston and Willesden Junction at one end and Brondesbury Park railway station at the other.

Rob Soning COO, Londonewcastle comments: “Something of a sleeper of an area in northwest London; with West Hampstead and Maida Vale values, it appeals to families pushing out from prime central areas, who like the extensive green space, busy high street and weekend farmers market, as well as the excellent local schools. Queen's Park Place offers contemporary living with a well matched specification and amenities tailored to the demands of the incoming buyer, previously unavailable in the area.”

Simon Deen at Aston Chase comments: “Londonewcastle has a tremendous track record of building apartments that attract buyers as much for their design as their location, and appear to have got it absolutely right again at Queens Park Place.  All apartments have been interior designed by Tamzin Greenhill and benefit from either balconies or terraces, many of which look in to one of the two large communal landscaped gardens sitting between the three buildings.  Marks and Spencer occupying the commercial unit seems to have been the last piece of the jigsaw, and buyers have responded in kind, because the development is almost entirely sold.”
