18th October 2012: Grayshott Spa, the internationally-renowned and award-winning health, beauty and leisure spa, today announces the launch of Grayshott Living, its ground-breaking alternative approach to living in your own home. Grayshott Living offers an ideal solution for people looking to downsize their home while maintaining a good lifestyle and retaining their independence. It is also suitable as an alternative to a second home in the UK and for the people who are considering extended stays for one or more months, possibly to incorporate a program of rest and recuperation, weight loss, or to tackle wider health issues. Some guests will simply see this as a flexible opportunity for 'time-out' during a significant change in their life, such as bereavement. Grayshott Living will sit alongside and complement Grayshott's short stay spa breaks.

Grayshott is, however, not a retirement home or care home.

Grayshott is a home and therefore welcomes residents' family and friends to visit and/or stay. Complimentary day and overnight stays for guests form part of the agreement and guests are welcome to use the facilities and dine at preferential rates.
Grayshott Living offers a number of accommodation options - from Junior Suites to Larger Manor Suites - depending on the length and term of the residency and the individual's needs and requirements. The bright and comfortable 37m² Junior Suites are located on the ground floor with doors opening onto the gardens. They include a lounge area with sofa, chair and coffee table, desk and fridge, and a sleeping area with a double bed and a fully-fitted ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The Manor House Rooms and Suites are each uniquely appointed and start from 29m². From 2014, Grayshott Residences - studio and one-bedroom apartments with balconies - will be available. The interiors will be designed to the Grayshott's high standards and will include kitchenettes and dining areas.
